Home Visits

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and a visit is necessary at home, please telephone the Wellingborough surgery between 8.30 - 10.30am.

Visits are normally made after morning surgery and can take considerabaly longer than a consultation at the surgery. For this reason it remains the Practice policy that all non-housebound patients attend the surgery.

When requesting a visit, you may be asked a few questions about the problem; this helps the Doctors to assess the urgency of the visit so that they can plan their rounds to see more urgent cases first.
