Telephone Advice

A healthcare professional is available to give telephone advice for immediate medical problems or on-going conditions, rather than having to arrange an appointment to be seen. You may be asked for a contact number where you can be contacted for up to 2 hours, if it is necessary to arrange for the doctor or nurse practitioner to call you back.

When we do call back, should there be no answer we will expect you to telephone the surgery once again. We cannot undertake to continually call you until we get an answer.
