Holiday, Immunisations & Travel Advice

Holiday and travel advice clinics are held each week with our travel nurse. Immunisations for foreign travel can be arranged after discussion with our travel advice nurse.

You must make your appointment with the travel nurse at least 6 weeks prior to travel.  Please note this is NOT an NHS service.

Please complete the attached forms* and bring them to our reception.

A fee is charged for cross-checking itinerary/destination(s) with the current vaccinations recommendations.  Most vaccinations are administered free although one or two are chargeable.  Vaccinatons cannot be given without details of itinerary/destinations.  In addition, a non-refundable deposit for each person is required when a travel appointment is booked.

* You will need a PDF viewer to download and print the attached forms.  If you do not already have a PDF viewer installed, you can download
Adobe Acrobat® Reader for free.
