We welcome new patients residing in Wellingborough and surrounding villages.

Alternatively you may wish to visit the Practice. Our registration desk is located on the first floor waiting area.
We require one fully completed form per patient and require identification and address confirmation to enable online access to be organised which will enable you to access your record.
The registration process will take 5 working days within the Practice, however, NHS England may take between 5 to 10 days to approve your registration. Once the registration has been completed you will receive confirmation from a member of our Patient Services Team.
