New Patient Registration

You can apply to register in person by visiting either our Wellingborough or Earls Barton surgeries where the duty receptionist will be able to assist you.

You will be required to provide evidence of entitlement to NHS services, proof of identity and residency. 

The receptionist will also arrange for you to have a new patient registration routine medical check appointment.

Online Registration
Applying to register as a patient at the Abbey Medical Practice via the online method has temporarily been suspended due to changes at the PCT level. This will be resumed shortly.



Applications will only be considered if you reside within the Practice area, which is defined as follows:  Wellingborough(NN8), Earls Barton(NN6), Wilby(NN29), Great Doddington (NN29), Mears Ashby(NN6), Ecton (NN6), Grendon (NN7), Hardwick(NN9), Little Harrowden(NN14), Great Harrowden(NN14),Orlingbury (NN14), Little Irchester(NN8), Irchester (NN8), Finedon (NN10) and Wollaston (NN29).
