Practice Staff
Our Practice Manager is Mr Mel Smith and Assistant Manager is Mrs. Marilyn Weekley. We directly employ over 30 staff, which includes receptionists, secretaries, computer operators, nurse practitioners and nurses, We have well equipped treatment areas at both of our surgeries. The surgery is also equipped to deal with minor injuries but is not an 'Accident and Emergency Unit'

Training of New GPs
We are an accredited training practice for new GPs. This will mean that registrar doctors, who are already qualified doctors and training to become General Practitioners, will be consulting at the surgery. They may also be sitting in on surgeries of existing doctors. They, or the other doctors, may be videotaping consultations for training purposes. Whenever a registrar doctor is sitting in, or videotaping is planned, you will be asked to give your permission prior to being seen in the consultation room. If you are not happy with the registrar being present or videotaping, let the receptionist know at the time of your appointment and it will not occur.
