Doctor - Patient Policy

It is the policy of the practice not to tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse towards Doctors or staff. Patients behaving in such a manner will be asked to leave the premises.

For their own protection, medical staff may refuse to see any person acting in such a manner. Patients who are physically abusive will be removed from the practice list with immediate effect.
