Patients on long-term medication may request repeat prescriptions. We accept such requests by post or in person; please endeavour to use the computer printed repeat request slip at alI times. We do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone, as this can lead to mistakes. A prescription 'post box' is available in the reception area to avoid, the need to queue and hand in repeat requests.

Repeat prescriptions will take 2 working days to be processed, so please do not expect to collect them before this time.

We review patients who are taking repeat medication on a regular basis and you may receive a reminder about this when you collect your prescription.   

If you are unable to collect your prescription personally, it can be posted to you if a stamped address envelope in enclosed with your request.
