Abbey Medical Practice Patient Survey Results

Many thanks to our patients who took the time to complete our patient survey.  As of 1st September we received 1455 responses.

As we have mentioned before, it is extremely important that we receive feedback so we can better our service to you, the patient, and make make changes where we can.

We have discussed our survey results with our Patient Action Group, along with the GP Partners and Practice Manager.  As a result we have decided to focus on two areas.  We will be looking at enhancing our appointment system to allow more routine availability as we acknowledge patients do not need to speak to a clinician immediately.  And secondly, how we can improve on continuity of care which is very important to us and to our patients.
As we progress through these actions, we will provide updates on our website.

Summary of the results detailed below.
