Contacting the Practice Via Telephone

We have been experiencing a tremendous amount of phone calls relating to COVID vaccinations.

May we ask patients, who have queries relating to their vaccination, to contact us via our website  “Ask a Receptionist a Question”.  This will enable us to better manage the volume of phone calls and provide assistance to those who have a medical need.

Members of the Patient Services Team are working incredibly hard to help our patients in a timely manner.  It is imperative that we receive phone calls relating to appointments only between the hours of 08.00 to 9.30 and 13.30 to 15.00.  Thereafter we are able to help our patients with general enquiries and urgent appointment requests.
