To enable us to ensure that we run efficient COVID booster clinics, we ask all of our patients to arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before their appointment time.
The clinics are meticulously planned and it is imperative that we do not have patients arriving more than 5 minutes before their appointments.
With effect from Thursday 11th November, any patients attending more than 5 minutes before their appointment time, will be asked to wait outside until their allocated slot.
I appreciate this is not ideal, however, we have recently experienced a large number of patients who have arrived early and this is creating a lengthy waiting time to be seen which is impacting the service provided and resulting in patient dissatisfaction.
