Happy New Year to all of our patients
We have a large number of patients who have not booked appointments for their booster which is now overdue. The Practice has ordered sufficient supplies of boosters to ensure all of our patients are vaccinated. We have been in receipt of these vaccinations for some time and have text/telephoned patients to book their appointments. Unfortunately, we have not received responses to our messages albeit to book an appointment or decline the vaccination.
We have organised an additional clinic on Saturday 8th January 08.00 to 11.00 for appointments or walk ins.
If we do not use these vaccinations by the close of play on Saturday 16th January 2022 they will have to be destroyed, which, I am sure you can imagine, is not something we feel happy to undertake.
If you feel that you do not want a Booster and wish to decline further invitations, please let us know via Ask Reception a Question

If you would like to book your COVID Booster appointment, please do this via the text message you have received previously or contact the Practice.
Alternatively, you can attend the Practice walk in clinic on Saturday 8th January from 08.00 to 11.00
