Doctorlink is a new online service the Practice will be using to enable patients to access advice and appointments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once you have registered to use this new service, you will be able to access a symptom checker via the Doctorlink website or app. The outcome of the symptom checker assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, pharmacy, GP or nurse. If an appointment at the Practice is recommended, the information you provided will be shared with the clinical team and an appointment will be made.
