Important Message Regarding Booking Of Appointments Thursday 8th December

There is a a national issue with the clinical system that enables the Practice to look at patient records.  Our Patient Services Team are booking appointments for those patients who require immediate treatment for today only.
Patients will be asked to visit their local pharmacy or call back. We have not been advised as to when this situation will be resolved and will update our website as soon as we have some more information.

This is incredibly frustrating for patients and staff.  We apologise for the inconvenience and would like to reassure you the team are working extremely hard to do everything they can to assist.
