Monday 15th August 2022 – Problems with phones

Unfortunately, we have a fault with our phone system and unable to take any calls for the moment.  This has been escalated to our service provider as a matter of urgency.

We request patients to contact us via the link below and our staff will deal with you queries as soon as they can.

Ask the Practice a Question

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will provide you with regular updates

08.20 UPDATE: We have been advised that there is a problem with BT broadband in our area.  Our staff are using our “back up” phone system and will try and answer your calls as soon as possible.  We have also moved staff to Earls Barton as there are no uses with broadband in that area.  Once again our sincere apologies

08.58 UPDATE:  We have been advised that BT has a major service outage affecting all lines and they have commenced work and expect a fix by midnight 16th August.  In the meantime, our Patient Services Team continue to use our back up phone system and will endeavour to answer your call as soon as possible.  To help us manage the workload, please contact the Practice for appointments and use the above link for General Enquiries. Thank you for your help.

09.12 UPDATE: Unfortunately, there will only be one line into our Prescribing and Secretaries for staff to take your calls.  We apologise for any delays in answering your calls.

17th August UPDATE:  We would like to thank all of our patients for their understanding whilst our phones weren’t fully operational.  The phones are all working and as at 10.30 this morning we answered 156 calls.
80 calls within 1 minute, 55 calls between 1 to 5 minutes and 21 calls within 5 to 10 minutes.
