We welcome new registrations from the following areas:
Wellingborough, Earls Barton, Ecton, Findeon, Great Doddington, Grendon, Hardwick, Little Harrowden, Great Harrowden, Little Irchester, Irchester, Mears Ashby, Orlingbury, Wilby and Wollaston.
If you would like to register with Abbey Medical Practice you can do this by visiting the surgery at Wellingborough or Earls Barton with proof of your identification and confirmation of address. A member of the Patient Services Team will help you complete the necessary forms.
Alternatively, you can complete a form via our online service and bring in confirmation of identification and address at a later date.
Whilst we are able to process our registrations in a timely manner, NHS England may not approve the transfer of your medical records immediately and this could take between 5 and 10 days. If you require medication or have the need to speak to a clinician we will be able to assist whilst your registration is pending approval.
