At Abbey Medical Practice we are constantly reviewing the feedback we receive to better our service to our patients. We have always actively encouraged our patients to provide this feedback to us both directly and through our Patient Action Group.
The GP National Survey was recently undertaken, inviting a very small proportion of our patients to comment on the service we deliver.

As we received a very small uptake, it would be remiss of us not to go out to our wider Practice population to obtain feedback to the service we provide to you, the patient, who is at the heart of everything we do. More detailed information will also help the Patient Action Group to identify where they can help us prioritise our actions to achieve continuous improvement.
I am asking you all to take a few minutes to complete our survey which takes elements of the GP National Survey and requests further information relating the service we provide. If you don’t complete these questions and don’t provide us with feedback, we can’t revise our service and make it better. Help us, to help you.
The survey will close on Friday 24th August 2023 at which time we, along with our Patient Action Group, will analyse your replies and update our website along with our action plan.
