Problems With Phones And Clinical Systems Monday 19th December 2022

We would like to apologise to all of our patients for the inconvenience caused this morning.  We had electrical issues which impacted our internet connection resulting in no access to phones or the clinical system in Wellingborough.  Staff were re-deployed to Earls Barton to do their best to serve our patients.

We are now up and running, however, as you can imagine there is a knock on effect as we deal with those patients who were unable to speak to us this morning.

We will work extremely hard to resolve all of your queries.
