We welcome new patients who have recently arrived in the UK.
New patients and their sponsors can visit the Practice to complete the necessary paperwork (available in Ukrainian). Please ask for Joanna Stredwick who will be able to assist you with this process. Once completed, and NHS England have approved the application, we will ensure you see a clinician for an assessment.
