A new group is starting in Wellingborough “Living with Diabetes”. This a group for patients over 60 years of age who are living with Diabetes.
Northamptonshire Carers and Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership will be providing:
Expert advice and guidance
Education and guidance from guest speakers
Wellbeing activities and exercise
Peer support and friendship
The courses will run 4th/5th Tuesday of each month 10.30 – 13.30 at Northamptonshire Carers, Midland Road.
