You really don’t like the music when you are on hold.

We Did:
Not only are we going to change the music, we will be changing our phone system in July!! The new service provider will enable you to receive a callback oppose to waiting for a member of the Patient Services Team. And our Patient Action Group have recommended some music should you wish to continue to hold.

More information will be provided in July.

I would  like to reassure our patients, that we have a fully resourced Patient Services Team to answer the telephones at peak times.  They work extremely hard to answer the calls as quickly as possible whilst balancing the need of the patient.
