Named Accountable GP

All patients registered at Abbey Medical Practice are allocated a named GP (usual GP).

All new patients are advised at the time of registering with the Practice.

If you have a preference as to which GP you are allocated, the Practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. If you wish to know which GP has been allocated to you, please ask at your next visit. There is no need to telephone the surgery to ask for this information as it does not affect who you will see when you visit the surgery.

If you are 75 and over you will have already been allocated and informed about your named GP.
